Cranberry and Horseradish Relish

Ingredients
  Whole cranberries 4 Cup (64 tbs), washed
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated horseradish/Bottled horseradish, drained 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1 Lemon)
Directions

Grind cranberries with medium blade of food grinder.
Combine with all other ingredients.
Let stand in refrigerator for 2 days to allow flavors to blend.
