Cranberry Star Mold
|Orange-flavored gelatin||6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Packages)|
|Whole cranberry sauce||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 3⁄4 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Ginger ale||14 Ounce (Two 7 Ounce Each Bottles)|
|Canned orange sections||5|
In saucepan, combine gelatin and cranberry sauce.
Heat and stir till almost boiling and gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in undrained pineapple and ginger ale.
When fizzing has stopped, pour into 5-cup star-shaped mold.
Chill till set.
Unmold on serving plate.
Garnish with greens and orange and grapefruit sections.
If desired, center sections with a few whole cranberries.
