Pear Cranberry Crumble

Ingredients
  Firm ripe pears 4 Large, peeled, cored, and sliced
  Cranberries 12 Ounce, rinsed and picked over to remove stems
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rolled oats 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Not Instant)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into 1/2-inch pieces (1 Stick)
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.
Toss pears, cranberries, sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon in pie plate until well mixed.
Combine oats, brown sugar, butter, flour, and the remaining cinnamon in mixing bowl; blend with fingertips until mixture is a coarse meal.
Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit and pat down lightly.
Bake until pears are tender and topping is golden, about 45 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
