Preheat oven to 375°.
Toss pears, cranberries, sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon in pie plate until well mixed.
Combine oats, brown sugar, butter, flour, and the remaining cinnamon in mixing bowl; blend with fingertips until mixture is a coarse meal.
Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit and pat down lightly.
Bake until pears are tender and topping is golden, about 45 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
