Cranberry Cordial

Ingredients
  Cranberries 1 Pound (4 cups, fresh)
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Gin 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Coarsely chop cranberries.
Place in 1/2-gallon jar or crock.
Add sugar and gin.
Cover tightly.
Turn over or stir each day for 3 weeks.
Strain into bottles.
Seal.
Spoon drained cranberries into jars; seal.
Makes 3 1/4 cups cordial plus 3 cups drained cranberries.
