Cranberry Sauced Bites
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh cranberries||1⁄2 Pound|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Fully cooked ham||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cubed|
|Cooked chicken||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cubed|
|Cooked turkey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cubed|
In large saucepan combine sugar and 1 cup water; stir to dissolve sugar.
Heat to boiling; boil 5 minutes.
Add cranberries; cook till skins pop, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in catsup and lemon juice.
Pour into small blazer pan; place ham, chicken, and turkey cubes in sauce.
Keep warm over hot water (bain-marie).
Spear with cocktail picks.
