Ingredients
  Cranberries 1 Pound (4 Cups)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dates 1 Cup (16 tbs), snipped
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, dates, raisins, water, vinegar, and spices.
Bring to boiling and boil rapidly, uncovered, for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
