Cranberry Orange Reiki
|Cranberries||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange rind||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), toasted|
Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until cranberry skins pop, stirring occasionally.
Cool; cover and refrigerate up to 1 week.
Stir in almonds just before serving.
