Cranberries Jubilee

Ingredients
  Orange peel 3⁄4 Teaspoon, grated
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Brandy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Stir together orange peel, juice, 1/2 cup water and the sugar in medium saucepan.
Heat to boiling; boil 5 minutes.
Stir in cranberries.
Heat to boiling; boil rapidly 5 minutes.
Mix 2 tablespoons water and the cornstarch; stir into cranberry mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Pour cranberry mixture into chafing dish to keep warm.
In small long-handled pan, heat brandy just until warm; ignite and pour flaming over cranberry mixture.
