Cranberry Orange Nut Relish

Ingredients
  Fresh cranberries 1 Pound, drained, rinsed
  Navel oranges 2 , quartered
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Curacao 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place cranberries and orange quarters in work bowl of food processor or blender and grate fine.
Add sugar and curacao, adding more sugar to taste if desired.
Add walnuts just before serving.
This will keep up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
