Traditional Cranberry Ring

  Strawberry gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen cranberry relish 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can Or 1 Cup, Whole Berries)
  Canned crushed pineapple 14 Ounce (1 Can)
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce
  Boiling water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Tiny marshmallows 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped

First Layer: Dissolve strawberry-flavored gelatin in hot water.
Add cranberry relish and dash of salt.
Pour into a 6 1/2-cup ring mold.
Chill till firm.
Second Layer: Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Dissolve lemon-flavored gelatin in boiling water; add marshmallows and stir till meited; add reserved syrup.
Chill till partially set.
Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and dash of salt; add to marshmallow mixture.
Stir in pineapple.
If mixture is thin, chill till it mounds slightly when spooned.
Fold in whipped cream; pour over first layer; chill till firm.
Unmold onto bed of lettuce.
