Cranberry Orange Mold

Ingredients
  Cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Low calorie cranberry juice cocktail 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oranges 2 Medium, peeled, sectioned, and chopped
Directions

Using food processor or coarse blade of food grinder, grind cranberries.
In bowl stir together cranberries and sugar; set aside, In saucepan soften gelatin in 1 cup of the cranberry juice cocktail.
Cook and stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved.
Cool.
Stir in remaining 1 cup cranberry juice cocktail; chill till partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Fold cranberry mixture and chopped oranges into partially set gelatin mixture; pour into a 4 1/2-cup mold.
Chill several hours or till firm.
Unmold to serve.
