  Orange 1⁄2 Medium
  Whole cranberry sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (3/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoon)
  White raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground ginger/1 tablespoon finely chopped crystallized ginger 2 Teaspoon

Put orange (including rind and pulp) through food grinder or chop with knife.
Mix in small bowl with remaining ingredients.
Place in refrigerator several hours to blend flavors.
