Cranberry Ginger Relish

|Whole cranberry sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (3/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoon)|
|White raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground ginger/1 tablespoon finely chopped crystallized ginger||2 Teaspoon|
Put orange (including rind and pulp) through food grinder or chop with knife.
Mix in small bowl with remaining ingredients.
Place in refrigerator several hours to blend flavors.
