Cranberry Jubilee

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1 Dash
  Canned whole cranberry sauce 16 Ounce
  Brandy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream 1
Directions

In saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, and spices.
Blend in cranberry sauce and 2 tablespoons water.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in 7 tablespoon of the brandy.
Turn into chafing dish or heatproof bowl.
Heat remaining brandy in ladle or small pan just till warm; flame and pour over cranberry mixture.
