Fresh Cranberry Ice
|Cranberries||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Put cranberries into a pan with sugar and water.
Bring to boiling and simmer gently, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Cool, then press through a wire strainer and discard pulp.
Add orange and lemon juice.
Pour in a loaf pan, cover with foil, and freeze.
