Cranberry Macaroni

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned jellied cranberry sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bottled barbecue sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked macaroni 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In 10-inch skillet brown meat; drain excess fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, cranberry sauce, water, barbecue sauce, and seasonings.
Cook, uncovered, over medium-low heat 15 to 20 minutes.
