Spiced Cranberry Orange Mold
|Sugar free raspberry jello||6 Ounce (1 Large Package)|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned whole berry cranberry sauce||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Orange||1 , peeled, sectioned and finely chopped|
Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Add cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Stir in orange.
Spoon into 5-cup mold which has been lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Garnish if desired.
