Frozen Chocolate Graham Cups
|Cold milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Thawed whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cool Whip Non-Dairy)|
|Graham crackers||7 , broken|
|Chopped salted peanuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Pour cold milk into bowl.
Add pudding mix.
With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fold in whipped topping, crackers, marshmallows and peanuts.
Spoon into muffin pan lined with paper baking cups.
Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
