Graham Cracker Muffins
|Graham crackers||32 , crumbled|
|Melted butter/Margarine||4 Tablespoon|
|Scalded milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped coarsely|
Add sugar, salt and butter.
Pour hot milk over and beat well.
Add remaining ingredients and spoon mixture into muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
Bake until golden and tester comes out clean.
Bake at 400 to 425 degrees 20 minutes
