Honey Graham Crackers
|Whole wheat flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cold water||3 Tablespoon|
Blend the flour, salt, baking soda, brown sugar, and shortening in the Bosch bowl.
Add honey and oil, and mix again.
Add cold water, and mix only enough to combine.
Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness on ungreased cookie sheets.
Cut into 2 inch squares.
Prick crackers with fork.
Bake on the center rack in a 425°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
If the outside row of crackers browns before the center, remove outer crackers from the pan and continue baking.
