These Honey Graham Crackers are simply yummy! Try out these Honey Graham Crackers for an afternoon brunch with your college pals and watch these crackers disappear within seconds! Feel free to suggest
  Whole wheat flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cold water 3 Tablespoon

Blend the flour, salt, baking soda, brown sugar, and shortening in the Bosch bowl.
Add honey and oil, and mix again.
Add cold water, and mix only enough to combine.
Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness on ungreased cookie sheets.
Cut into 2 inch squares.
Prick crackers with fork.
Bake on the center rack in a 425°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
If the outside row of crackers browns before the center, remove outer crackers from the pan and continue baking.
