Sesame Crackers

  Whole wheat flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Stone ground corn meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Unrefined corn germ oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Mix flours and salt together.
Stir in the oil.
Add water gradually until the dough holds together but is soft enough to roll.
Do not knead too much.
Roll out thin, sprinkle with seeds, and lightly roll seeds into the dough.
Cut into squares.
Bake at 375° for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
To make bread sticks, use 1/3 cup of oil.
Roll into long, thin sticks, and then roll in seeds.
Bake until crisp.
