Whole Wheat Crackers
|Whole wheat pastry flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Rice flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sea salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Unrefined oil||2 Tablespoon|
Mix the flour and the salt.
Add the oil and rub in well by hand.
Add enough water to make a kneadable dough.
Knead 5 minutes.
Roll out the dough to desired thickness and cut into shapes.
Place on an oiled cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 325Â°.
Crackers can also be deep fried in oil.
For added crispness, try the rice flour.
