Herb Cracker Poultry Stuffing
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fat free chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fat free crackers||1⁄2 Ounce|
|Italian seasoning blend||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350Â°F.
In medium skillet, simmer celery and onion in 1/4 cup chicken broth until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place in covered casserole and bake for 30 minutes.
Herb Cracker Stuffing may be baked in the oven as a side dish, or used to stuff the turkey.
If used to stuff the turkey adjust broth to one cup.
