Cheese Crackers

Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 1 Ounce
  Flour 3 Ounce
  Cheese 2 Ounce, finely grated
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
  Olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Gherkins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 450ºF degrees.

MAKING
2. On a surface, place the flour and rub the fat into it, then add the seasoning and cheese, pour milk and stir quickly to make the dough firm
3. Take the dough, and roll it thinly and cut into tiny shapes
4. On a greased baking tin, top of the oven, place the dough pieces and finally bake at 450ºF degrees for 7-10 minutes
6. Once baked completely, let the it cool
7. Take out the crackers, and top with ream cheese and sliced olives, gherkins

SERVING
8. Serve with cream cheese or salsa sauce
