Corn Crispy Crackers
|Stone ground corn meal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boiling water||7⁄8 Cup (14 tbs)|
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Combine corn meal with oil, kelp and boiling weach.
Make small balls using 1 tablespoon mixture for each.
Take a greased baking sheet and Add the balls on it by pressing to make it with 3 inch diameter.
Bake the crackers for 30 minutes.
Serve with tea or with your favorite dip.
