Scalloped Corn With Cracker Topping
|Canned cream style corn||15 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Cracker crumbs||8 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1)In a bowl, combine corn, egg, salt, pepper and half the cracker crumbs.
2)Take a 2-quart casserole and put the mixture in it.
3)Add milk and spread the cracker crumbs over it. Dot with butter.
4)Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
5)Serve the scalloped corn with crack topping immediately.
