Graham and Fig Wafers
|Cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Graham flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
Sift together sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Add to cream.
Add graham flour.
Roll half the dough on floured board.
Spread with chopped figs or dates.
Roll other half of dough and put on layer of fruit.
Roll top lightly.
Cut into strips with sharp knife.
Bake on greased baking sheets in a moderate 350-degrees oven for 15 minutes.
