Oatmeal Crackers

Ingredients
  Oatmeal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Ground To A Coarse Flour In Electric Blender)
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 5 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine dry ingredients.
Combine water, oil and honey.
Stir dry ingredients into wet ones, to make a cohesive ball.
Butter cookie sheet and pat out dough in shape of pan.
Roll to thickness of 1/8 inch, using rolling pin.
Score with knife in desired shapes and bake 12 minutes in preheated oven.
Cool 5 minutes before removing crackers from baking sheet.
