Home Made Graham Cracker Crust
|Butter/Margarine||5 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)|
|Fine graham cracker crumbs/Cereal crumbs||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar/Packed brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
Melt butter in 9- or 10-in pie plate at High 45 to 60 seconds.
Stir in crumbs and sugar.
Reserve 2 tablespoons crumb mixture for garnish, if desired.
Press crumbs firmly and evenly against bottom and side of plate, using a smaller pie plate or custard cup.
Microwave at High 1 1/2 minutes, rotating 1/2 turn after 1 minute.
