|Maple syrup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Low fat vanilla yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine maple syrup, yogurt, and oil in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk until well blended.
Add syrup mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Shape into a ball.
Knead 4 or 5 minutes or until dough is smooth.
Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness; cut dough into desired shapes using 1-inch animal-shaped cookie cutters.
Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove crackers from sheets, and let cool on wire racks.
