In a medium bowl, combine whole-wheat flour and all-purpose flour, sesame seeds and salt.
Make a well in center; pour oil and water into well.
Stir into flour mixture until blended.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Shape dough into a ball; roll out 1/8 inch thick on a lightly floured board.
Cut into 2" x 1" strips.
Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in preheated oven until golden brown.
