Seafood Cracker Dip

Ingredients
  Nonfat cottage cheese 12 Ounce
  Fat free mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Kraft / Miracle Whip)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Fat free cream cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Canned king crabmeat 7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned cocktail shrimp 4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

In a blender combine non-fat cottage cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
Remove from blender and mix in seafood.
Cover and chill.
