Ritz Cracker Pie
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cream of tartar||2 Teaspoon|
|Unbaked pie crusts||2 (8 Inch)|
Bring water, sugar and cream of tartar to a boil.
Add whole Ritz crackers, and let boil 2 minutes.
Pour into pastry shell.
Dot with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Add top crust.
Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
