Graham Cracker Cake Torte
|Graham cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Granulated sugar||2 Teaspoon|
|Granulated fructose||2 Teaspoon|
|Low calorie margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Sugar free white cake mix||8 Ounce|
|Semi-sweet chocolate chips||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
Mix graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, sugar replacement, fructose, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Pour melted margarine over the top of the mixture.
Toss to mix.
Press half of the mixture into the bottom of an 8 in. (20 cm) square pan.
Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
Pour half of the cake batter over the crumb mixture in the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle with half of the remaining crumb mixture.
Pour remaining batter over crumbs in pan.
Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until torte tests done.
While hot, drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
