Easy Graham Cracker Crust
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (about 18 graham crackers)|
1. Melt butter in a 9-inch glass pie plate in microwave oven (about 45 seconds at High). Mix in sugar and cracker crumbs. Press evenly onto bottom and sides.
2. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 2 minutes at High; rotate pie plate one-quarter turn after 1 minute. Cool crust before filling.
