Graham Cracker Brownies
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (firmly packed)|
|Graham crackers||14 , fine crushed|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Beat eggs until light.
Mix sugar, salt, graham cracker crumbs, and nuts; add to beaten egg, mixing well; add vanilla.
Spread mixture evenly in a greased 8-inch-square pan and bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
While still warm, cut into strips about 1 inch wide and 2 inches long.
