|Marshmallows||16 , diced|
|Dates||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Chopped walnuts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Roll crackers into fine crumbs.
Combine marshmallows, dates and walnuts.
Mix thoroughly with 1 and 3/4 cups crumbs.
Add the cream (not whipped) and mix well.
Shape into log, and roll in remaining crumbs.
Wrap well in waxed paper and place in refrigerator for at least 6 hours overnight better.
Slice and serve with whipped cream.
