Soft Shelled Crabs has a Different taste. The cornstarch and lemon juice gives the Soft Shelled Crabs Staggering taste.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Soft shelled crabs 8 , cleaned
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Heat butter and lemon juice in medium skillet.
Cook crabs on medium heat until browned, 5 minutes per side; remove to heated platter.
Mix cornstarch and water; add to pan juices.
Stir until slightly thickened; pour over crabs.
