The crab rarebit is a hot and cooked sauce like preparation made with crab meat. A seafood sauce, this crab rarebit is prepared with cheese and cream along with parsley to taste. served on toast for breakfast or brunch, this crab rarebit packs a punch of taste and flavor!
Ingredients
  Fat 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soda 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (Use As Required)
  Crab meat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Fresh Or Canned)
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Buttered toast 10 Small (squares)
Directions

MAKING
1.Make a white sauce of the fat, flour, cream, soda and seasonings.
2.Add chopped cooked crab meat.
3.Arrange squares of buttered toast on a hot platter.
4.Pour the crab mixture over them, sprinkle with grated cheese
SERVING
5.Serve piping hot
