Crab Meat A Lasardi
|Cooked crabmeat||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), bony tissue removed|
|Sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), warmed|
|Asparagus spears||12 , cooked just tender|
|Sardi sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Sprinkle crab meat with sherry; set aside for 10 minutes.
Turn crab-sherry mixture into a heated shallow baking dish; arrange asparagus spears on the top, cover with Sardi Sauce, and sprinkle with cheese.
Place under broiler until cheese is lightly browned, and serve piping hot.
