Crab Meat A Lasardi

Ingredients
  Cooked crabmeat 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), bony tissue removed
  Sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), warmed
  Asparagus spears 12 , cooked just tender
  Sardi sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Sprinkle crab meat with sherry; set aside for 10 minutes.
Turn crab-sherry mixture into a heated shallow baking dish; arrange asparagus spears on the top, cover with Sardi Sauce, and sprinkle with cheese.
Place under broiler until cheese is lightly browned, and serve piping hot.
