Company Crab has a Distinctive taste. The cream and cheese gives the Company Crab Rousing taste.
Ingredients
  Blue crab meat 1 Pound, pasteurized
  Canned artichoke hearts 15 Ounce (Drained)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce (Drained)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Cereal crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Remove shell or cartilage from crab meat.
Cut artichoke hearts in half; place in well-greased shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover with mushrooms and crab meat.
Melt butter; blend in flour and seasonings.
Add cream gradually; cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Stir in sherry.
Pour sauce over crab meat.
Combine crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over sauce.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in 450°F oven 12 to 15 minutes, until bubbly
