Crab Meat In Shells

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cayenne 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned crab meat 1⁄2 Pound
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Hard cooked eggs 4 , chopped
  Crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), buttered
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 375F degrees
2.Also flake the crab meat and remove the spines

MAKING
3.In a pan, melt butter and blend in flour and seasonings
4.Now add milk and cook until thickened, keep stirring constantly
5.Add the crab meat to sauce along with parsley and eggs
6.Now place in buttered shells and top with buttered crumbs
7.Finally brown in moderate oven for 10 minutes

SERVING
8.Serve with salads or cooked vegetables
