Potatoes With Crabmeat
|Waxy potatoes||1 3⁄4 Pound, sliced|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Creme Fraiche)|
|Chopped dill||2 Tablespoon|
Pour 1 cup (250 ml/8 fl oz) of water into the lower compartment of a microwave steamer and heat on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Put the potatoes in the upper compartment of the steamer and add salt.
Put the steamer into the oven, cover and micro wave on HIGH for 17 minutes.
Put the crabmeat in a bowl and pour the lemon juice over.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the sour cream (creme fraiche) and stir well.
Heat for 1 minute on HIGH.
Drain the potatoes and transfer to a vegetable dish.
Pour the crab sauce over and stir carefully.
