Broiled Soft Shelled Crabs

|Soft shelled crabs||6|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Clean crabs as directed.
Mix butter, lemon juice, salt and cayenne and roll each crab first in this mixture, then in flour.
Place on broiler rack and broil 4 minutes on each side.
