Chilled Crab Mangetout

Chillied Crab Mangetout - it is the name that caught my attention and when I prepared this dish I was glad that it had a name so catchy and a taste so juicy. Just give this yummy Chillied Crab Mangetout a try and prove to yourself.
  Mange-tout 6 Ounce (175 Grams)
  Canned crabmeat 7 Ounce, drained (1 Small Can / 200 Grams)
  Mayonnaise 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Tomato puree 1 Teaspoon
  Green chili 1 Small, seeded and finely chopped
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 3 Drop

Plunge the mangetout into boiling water for 1 minute.
Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
Dry on kitchen paper (paper towels) and carefully make a slit in the side of each one to form a pocket.
Mash the remaining ingredients together and spoon into the mangetout.
Chill until ready to serve.
