Chilled Crab Mangetout
|Mange-tout||6 Ounce (175 Grams)|
|Canned crabmeat||7 Ounce, drained (1 Small Can / 200 Grams)|
|Mayonnaise||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Tomato puree||1 Teaspoon|
|Green chili||1 Small, seeded and finely chopped|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Lemon juice||3 Drop|
Plunge the mangetout into boiling water for 1 minute.
Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
Dry on kitchen paper (paper towels) and carefully make a slit in the side of each one to form a pocket.
Mash the remaining ingredients together and spoon into the mangetout.
Chill until ready to serve.
