|Flaked crab meat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|White wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Thick cream sauce||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Sliced mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), sauteed|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place the flaked crabmeat in a pan with the butter, wine and onions and heat for 2 minutes.
Combine the cream sauce with the sliced, sauteed mushrooms and add the crabmeat, lemon juice and nutmeg.
Put into individual dishes or one large dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cook until hot and place under the broiler to brown and serve.
