|Finely chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced scallions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coarsely crushed cracker crumbs||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Dash|
Place celery, green pepper, scallions and 2 tablespoons butter in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and Microwave 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Microwave 8 to 10 minutes.
Stir twice during cooking.
Stir and let stand 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
