Microwaved Crab Newburg

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Canned crabmeat/1 pound crabmeat 12 Ounce, drained (Two 6 Ounce Can)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Light cream/Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Chopped parsley/Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place butter in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Microwave 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds or until melted.
Stir in crabmeat and lemon juice.
Combine flour, paprika, salt and cayenne pepper.
Stir into crabmeat mixture.
Gradually stir in milk and sherry.
Microwave, uncovered, 7 to 10 minutes or until thickened.
Stir every 2 minutes.
Stir a small amount of the hot mixture into the egg yolks.
Then stir egg yolks into the hot mixture.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving
