Quick Creamed Crab
|Canned crabmeat||1 Pound|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Canned mushrooms||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Hard boiled eggs||3 , chopped|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Cream sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Mix all the ingredients with Thick'Cream Sauce.
Add the wine and pour into a greased casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a moderate oven until sauce is bubbling and it is brown
