Crabmeat And Shrimps Peppers

  Green pepper 1 Large
  Crabmeat/Shrimp / a mixture of both 1⁄2 Pound
  Cream sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika To Taste
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon

Cut the tops off the green peppers and seed them and pop into a saucepan and add water to about half the height of the peppers.
Simmer in the covered pot for 3 minutes.
Lift out and put aside.
Be careful not to break them.
Meanwhile make the cream sauce, add the shrimp and crabmeat and season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
Carefully fill the peppers with the mixture and sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Cook in a moderate oven 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes or until cooked.
