Shrimp And Crab Casserole
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)|
|Celery ribs||2 , chopped|
|Green bell pepper||1 Small, chopped|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Onion soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomatoes with green chilies||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Uncooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shrimp||2 Pound, cleaned|
|Crab meat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Melt the margarine in a Dutch oven.
Add the celery, green pepper, onion, soups, water, tomatoes with green chiles, rice, shrimp, crab meat, salt and pepper; mix well.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; stir.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour longer.
